Fees & payouts

You set the fee. We hold it, then release it.

Set one rate per case type, or a different rate for follow-ups. The patient authorises payment before the case reaches your queue, and the money moves to your balance the moment you close it. Payouts land every Friday.

Daacter takes 8% per closed case. Nothing is deducted from cases you decline, and a case you refund costs you nothing.
